Not only do I shimmy my way through the world of burlesque as a performer,
compère, and producer but my true passion lies in teaching others to step out
of their comfort zones and dive into the fabulous, glittery world of burlesque.

Armed with a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education and Training, and a teaching
career that kicked off back in 2006, I’ve been guiding beautiful souls long before
I ever twirled sparkly tassels. Over the years, I’ve taught Performing Arts,
English, and accidentally Maths, as well as various musical instruments.
I’m also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with a little bonus magic
in advanced stretching.

On the academic side, I hold a Master of Research in Arts, with a glittery focus
on, yes, you guessed it, burlesque. I even began a PhD in the same fabulous field.
Oh, the hours I’ve poured into it matches the wine poured and consumed.

Every single week, I have the utter joy of teaching brilliant humans both online and in the studio. From the versatile art of burlesque to signature sessions like FlexiBlue For Splits and Stripknot: The Exotic Blues, I offer everything from weekly classes to one-off workshops, hen parties, and unforgettable dance experiences. I’ve taught all over Europe, even to celebrity clients on MTV’s Geordie Shore (the episode does exist, and I absolutely look ridiculous in the best possible way).
